Official handover of our project at Church Street, Burbage took place on Friday 24th November 2017
The project was completed on behalf of Central England Co-op and comprised the redevelopment of existing buildings to form a new Co-op Funeralcare unit, additional retail unit with five apartments above. The project was completed on time and to budget, the Funeralcare unit will shortly be open and tenants are due to move into the apartments above over the coming weeks.
Overall a successful project on a ‘tight’ site being so close to a busy road and with restricted access to the rear though a narrow archway.
